|Mettwurst and bacon as desired|
|Buckwheat flour||500 g|
|Baking powder||½ tsp|
|Pinch of salt|
|A little clarified butter|
- Cut as much bacon and mettwurst as you want into small pieces.
- Mix together 500 g buckwheat flour, 2–3 eggs, ¼ l milk, 2 tbsp syrup, ½ tsp baking powder and a little salt.
- Grease a waffle iron with clarified butter and cook the batter in portions. Note: The bacon and mettwurst are only added to the batter when cooking. All that remains is to open a bottle of Jever and tuck in.
