Surf and turf

Ingredients:

Steak 200 g
Salt
Pepper
King prawns 150 g
Wooden skewers
Garlic cloves 2–3
Chips 100 g
Green salad if desired

Preparation

  1. Season 200 g steak with salt and pepper and sear each side for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. Skewer 150 g king prawns, add some cloves of garlic, salt and pepper and sear.
  3. Deep-fry 100 g chips and season with salt.
  4. Serve accompanied by a traditional green salad. Bon appétit!
