Stickbread and Jever
For a cozy round around the campfire
Ingredients:
Flour | 400 g |
Dry yeast | 1 Packet |
Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Warm milk | 300 ml |
Preparation
- First, mix the flour with a teaspoon of salt.
- Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and the warm milk and knead until smooth.
- Then put the dough in a bowl and store it covered in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Now you can knead the dough again on floured work surface and divide it into pieces.
- Finally, just shape the pieces around the end of a stick and roast over the fire for about ten minutes.
